Shipment & Delivery
For postage and packing we charge 5 € to all countries of the EU and to Switzerland (otherwise 25€). We deliver free of charge from a value of 75 € to Germany and to other EU countries (incl. Switzerland). Shipping costs to non-EU countries are omitted for goods with a value of 300€ or more.
The delivery time for the dispatch to Germany amounts to 1 to 2 working-days, provided that the product concerned is ready for dispatch in stock. In the following table you will find the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you must add to the delivery time indicated for each item.
If you order from us before noon, you will usually receive your goods on the next working day. Please state your telephone or fax number with every order, so that we can contact you immediately if an article should not be available. The goods will be delivered by Deutsche Post/DHL.
DHL Shipment Tracking
As soon as the ordered package is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. You will also be given your tracking number for this order. With this number you can track your shipment on the official website of DHL.

Deutsche Post/DHL standard delivery times from Germany to the destination countries
If you order several articles from us within the framework of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item of your order with the longest delivery time shall apply to the total shipment of goods.

** The delivery times are standard delivery periods and are exclusive of customs clearance. In remote areas (areas that are difficult to access) it is possible that delivery takes longer.

Why has my order not been shipped yet?
Please give us some time to prepare your order for shipping. Usually we ship orders within 48 hours, but some orders may take a little longer.
Why is my order being sent in multiple packages?
Due to the high demand for some products that are particularly popular within our customers, our stock may from time to time drop to zero. Always using fresh and high quality raw materials has always been our motto. Providing the best materials can take some time depending on product availability. That’s the reason why we may split some orders and send them in different packages. As soon as the product is available again, it is automatically sent to the customer without any additional shipping costs.
