Sea buckthorn is a wild fruit that grows on the bushes of Europe. Its most valuable component is highly concentrated vitamin C. In addition, sea buckthorn is also rich in vitamin E and iron, calcium, manganese and magnesium. As well as, vitamin B12, which is found mainly in products of animal origin.
