Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor his self-employed professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within 1 month without giving reasons.

The revocation period is 1 month from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier have taken or have taken possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (SoMatEm GmbH, Zur Mühle 2, D-50226 Frechen, Germany) Tel.: 0800-27 97 506, Fax: 00800-41 41 63 63, E-Mail: info@fair-pure.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post). You can use the following withdrawal form or our online withdrawal form for this purpose, which are, however, not mandatory.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this Agreement, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than the additional charges arising from your choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notice of your revocation of this Agreement. For this refund we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the Goods back or until you have proved that you have returned the Goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or deliver the goods to us (SoMatEm GmbH, Zur Mühle 2, D-50226 Frechen, Germany) without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the revocation of this Agreement. The period is kept, if you dispatch the goods before expiration of the period of thirty days.

We shall bear the costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and function of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of revocation

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of revocation does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.

General information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
