Fair & Pure linseed oil capsules contain high-quality linseed oil, which is obtained by gentle cold pressing. Linseed oil, also known as flax oil, is a good source of vegetable polyunsaturated fatty acids of the omega group. Per daily consumption, one softgel contains 526 mg alpha-linolenic acid (omega 3), 168 mg linoleic acid (omega 6) and 221 mg oleic acid (omega 9).
The linseed oil is combined with vitamin E. The micronutrient which helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
